Adam Rothberg, Founder and Principal
Adam Rothberg is a master facilitator and executive coach. Over his career, Adam has worked with hundreds of leaders, whose roles span from C-suite executives to emerging and front-line leaders, across industries and sectors. 

Adam holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, with an emphasis on Organizational Change and Corporate Finance. Adam graduated Phi Beta Kappa with an MA in German studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he focused his studies on psycho-historical analysis utilizing the works of Friedrich Nietzsche and Carl G. Jung, which has informed his personal and professional development practice. Adam spent five years working in the European Union and speaks German (Full Working Proficiency) and Italian (Limited Working Proficiency).

Adam has a life-long passion and commitment to personal discovery, awareness, and growth. While in Europe, Adam played semi-professional volleyball, is a native and current resident of Boulder, CO, and is an outdoor enthusiast and endurance athlete who regularly participates in ultra- trail running and -cycling events.
